To Whom it may Concern:
I have tried to stay inside the boundaries of 'POLICY' and 'Normal Practice'. Please be advised, some people may find that some of the hyper links, available in these Pages, are outside their view or taste. I make no apology. These are places I have visited while learning about the Internet. Some of them shocked me, some stirred my imagination while others only hurt my feelings. All in all, It has been a learning experience, and a fascinating one at that.
I would never trade away my memories of journeys through the "real" world and likewise so for the memories of my travels through this "virtual" world. As the opening preamble suggests this is a "country of the mind," you can color it any way you want, you can color on either side of the lines, just as long as when you finish, you are willing to sign your name.
